Alex founded Lumea and has steered the company ever since, with an eye firmly on the horizon — both for the business and, ideally, from a plane window somewhere new. A keen traveller, he does his best "blue sky" thinking on the move, bringing back fresh ideas and inspiration from wherever he's exploring.

Jill Partridge

Director of Operations & Office Manager

With 16 years at Lumea, Jill oversees all stock ordering and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She sets the tone for a workplace where business excellence and genuine enjoyment go hand in hand.

Phil Grattan

Warehouse & Exhibitions Manager

Phil has spent 5 years managing the warehouse floor and leading exhibitions, representing Lumea with warmth and professionalism. When he's not organising pallets or trade stands, you'll find him talking about aeroplanes.

Julie has kept Lumea's finances in order for 5 years, handling invoicing and statements with precision. She's known for meticulous attention to detail and keeping everything perfectly balanced.

Warehouse Assistant

Sam has been part of the warehouse team for 3 years, picking and packing orders with care. Whether by box or by pallet, Sam ensures every order leaves Lumea correctly and on time.
